Bowling
Bowling enquiries and confirmation.
A bowling enquiry by form or email is not a binding reservation. Only written confirmation from Boxenstop makes it binding. The services and conditions agreed in that confirmation apply.
Restaurant
Restaurant reservations.
Table reservations are made through the embedded TheFork widget. The booking process shown there, conditions in your TheFork confirmation and agreed operating conditions apply. Bowling and event enquiries still require our express confirmation.
Changes
Changes, lateness and cancellation.
To change or cancel a confirmed reservation, contact us as early as possible on +41 62 919 01 14 or using the details in your confirmation.
Bringing your own
Outside food and drinks.
Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted. The published children’s birthday packages allow you to bring a birthday cake. Other exceptions require prior agreement.
