Bowling balls are available on site. You do not need to bring your own.

Bowling shoes are designed for movement on the approach and protect the playing surface. Shoe hire is included in the children’s birthday packages.

There is pool (CHF 2.– per game), darts, free table football and air hockey (CHF 2.– per game).

Yes, these games are available at the same venue. For a planned group schedule, enquire about the options in advance.

No. Boxenstop checks the enquiry and confirms it by email. Only that confirmation makes the reservation binding.

Book your table directly in the TheFork widget embedded on our reservation page. It shows availability and provides your booking confirmation through TheFork. For groups and special occasions, continue to use the event enquiry.

Please enquire early for children’s birthdays and groups of ten or more, as soon as the date and approximate group size are known.

Contact Boxenstop as early as possible with the date, time and booking name. The reservation conditions agreed for your booking apply.

One game costs CHF 7 per person before 19:00 and CHF 9 from 19:00. One-off shoe rental is CHF 2 per person. One game with rental shoes therefore costs CHF 9 before 19:00 or CHF 11 from 19:00. Children up to 16 pay CHF 6 per game plus one-off shoe rental. Prices are per game and person, not per hour and lane.

A maximum of 7 people can play on one lane. Larger groups need several lanes. Tell us how many adults and children will be playing, and we will check the allocation and availability for your date.

American food: beef or chicken burgers, chicken wings, onion rings, nachos and fries. The current menu lists all dishes and prices.

Yes. You can visit the American Diner without bowling.

Yes. Food and drinks from the American Diner can be served directly at the bowling lanes.

Yes, children’s meals are on the menu. The Jimmy birthday package includes a children’s meal.

Speak to the team about ingredients and preparation before ordering. For a group meal, discuss special dietary requirements in advance.

Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted. Bringing a birthday cake is expressly allowed for children’s birthdays.

Please check with our team before ordering which dishes are vegetarian or vegan or can be adapted. The current menu is the starting point. For group enquiries, mention vegetarian or vegan preferences, allergies and intolerances so we can confirm the options.

Yes. Combine bowling with a meal at the American Diner; food and drinks can also be served at the lanes. For groups, we agree the order and menu in advance. Tell us how many people will play and how many will join the meal.

Yes. Selected sporting events are shown on a big screen and other large screens at Boxenstop.

These include the Champions League, Super League, ice hockey, NFL and Formula 1. The current programme shows which games are actually broadcast.

Paul, Bruno and Jimmy are for children aged five to fourteen and can be booked for six or more invited children.

Yes. Under the birthday offer, the birthday child plays for free. An accompanying adult is required.

Yes, with bowling and food and, on request, a seminar or overnight stay at Meilenstein.

Yes. Boxenstop combines games with dining and a lounge. Tell us how many people will play and how many will join only for the meal.

For group events, Boxenstop offers capacity for up to 200 people across 270 m². This is the capacity of the leisure venue, not the number of people bowling at once: each lane takes a maximum of 7 players. We agree the right mix of bowling, dining and time together based on your group size and date.

Yes, subject to availability: two hours cost CHF 2,500 net and a full day CHF 4,000 net. Exclusive hire includes all 12 bowling lanes and shoe hire. Pool and darts are coin-operated and are not included. We agree food, drinks and other services with you in advance. Your enquiry only becomes binding after written confirmation.
